SOUS CHEF – SABI SANDS – R 9000 – R12 000/month DOE
We are currently looking for a qualified Sous Chef for a stunning Lodge in the Sabi Sands
Formal Chef qualification
Min 3 years’ experience
Able to run and manage kitchen when Head Chef is on leave
Duties will include:
Menu planning, stock ordering, kitchen hygiene, staff management.
Must be able to work under pressure and cater for various dietary needs.
Due to the remote location, candidates must have their own reliable transport (public transport is not always available) and valid driver’s licence
Working cycles is 6 weeks on/ 2 weeks off live-in. Meals and laundry included when on duty. Working hours are as per operational requirements. We have accommodation for both couples and singles available. Candidates who are of sober habits and have a good track record preferred.
