HEAD CHEF – NORTH WEST – R14000 Live in
We are currently looking for a Head Chef for a stunning Lodge in the North West Province
- Train and motivate kitchen staff members.
- 4-6 yrs working experience
- Must be able to live remotely
- Manage the a la carte pass on a daily basis.
- Create and maintain recipes for guest & staff
- Maintain and achieve food costing targets.
- Maintain and implement hygiene standards.
- Assist with monthly stock takes.
- Order kitchen stock weekly
- Inputting stock received weekly
- Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure
- Well spoken and well presented individual.
- Must have grade 12. Formal cooking degree/diploma preferable.
Salary: R14 000
13% Provident Fund (after 3 month work)
Working public Holidays (double pay ((2)))
Working Sunday’s (one & half ((1.5)) pay)
All meals provided
Single Accommodation Provided
Cycle 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
Start: 1 November 2019
