HEAD CHEF – NORTH WEST –  R14000 Live in

We are currently looking for a Head Chef for a stunning Lodge in the North West Province

Requirements:

  • Train and motivate kitchen staff members.
  • 4-6 yrs working experience
  • Must be able to live remotely
  • Manage the a la carte pass on a daily basis.
  • Create and maintain recipes for guest & staff
  • Maintain and achieve food costing targets.
  • Maintain and implement hygiene standards.
  • Assist with monthly stock takes.
  • Order kitchen stock weekly
  • Inputting stock received weekly
  • Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure
  • Well spoken and well presented individual.
  • Must have grade 12. Formal cooking degree/diploma preferable.

Salary: R14 000

13% Provident Fund (after 3 month work)

Working public Holidays (double pay ((2)))

Working Sunday’s (one & half ((1.5)) pay)

All meals provided

Single Accommodation Provided

Uniform Provided

Cycle 3 weeks on and 1 week off.

Start: 1 November 2019
